The winner will be chosen by the members of Deaf Symphony and your video will be featured here on the website. Once you contact us at the above email address, we will send you your entry forms, along with complete rules, regulations, and consent forms (if under 18). That's all there is to it! Once your entry form is approved, you will then receive an email with an upload link for your video. Video uploads will not be allowed without parental consent. Anyone under 18 years of age will require parent approval to participate! Proof of age will be required! All video entries must be received by midnight on Friday, December 30, 2011. The winner will be announced here on the web site on Friday, January 27, 2012.
